Returns

CUSTOM ORDERS:- cannot be returned unless faulty.
All faults will be fixed free of charge, unless there is reason to believe that the damage is due to misuse or negligence.
Cool wash inside out at 30, tumble dry on low, or air dry.
We recommend clothes are dried inside out on the washing line, as the sunshine can reduce the vibrancy of your clothes. Cold water is great for getting fresh stains out, we do not recommend the use of bleaches and harsh chemicals.

READY MADE ITEMS ONLY:- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please take a photo of any defects upon opening or as soon as noticed.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Returns
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your item can be fixed I will do so.
Exchanges
If your item cannot be fixed you are welcome to exchange it for an item of your choice, to the same value as your original order.
Refunds
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
